Doc Pepe's Lab™ Barrel-Finished Manhattan is a classic blend Bourbon Whiskey from Kentucky, Italian-style Sweet Vermouth crafted in-house, and Angostura® bitters. Once the cocktail has been mixed it is then transferred to used American port wine barrels for a period of 3 to six months.
The cocktail is bottled at cask strength and is recommended to be stirred briefly with ice and strained into a chilled glass, garnished with a cherry or lemon twist.
NOSE: Amarena cherry, tobacco, chocolate biscotti
PALATE: root beer float, sweet caramel, aromatic barks
FINISH: peppercorns, black tea, coconut butter
