Doc Pepe's Lab™ Barrel-Finished Negroni is made using London Dry Gin, Italian-style Sweet Vermouth, and Bitter Orange Liqueur, all made separately in-house before being blended together. Once the cocktail is mixed it is then transferred to ex-Bourbon barrels from Kentucky for a period of 3 to 6 months.
The cocktail is bottled at cask strength and is recommended to be stirred with ice and strained into a chilled glass, and garnished with a fresh orange peel.
NOSE: Valencia orange, juniper, cascarilla bark
PALATE: red grapefruit, dark vermouth, black cherry
FINISH: caramelized orange peel, gentian, vanilla
