Doc Pepe's Lab™ Barrel-Finished Old Fashioned is made using Bourbon Whiskey from Kentucky, cane sugar, and Angostura® bitters. The cocktail is then infused with navel orange peels and tart Montmorency cherries and rested in Caribbean Rum barrels for 3 to 6 months.
The cocktail is bottled at cask strength and is recommended to be served on the rocks, but can also be stirred and strained similar to a Manhattan or Martini, and garnished with a cherry and an orange peel.
NOSE: vanilla, orange zest, holiday spice
PALATE: milk caramel, citrus peel, black cherry
FINISH: charred oak, cinnamon, clove
